We take pride in the quality of our chocolates and cakes, by only using Callebaut Couverture chocolate. BarryCallebaut, renowned for quality, is one of Belgium`s largest chocolate manufacturers. Our current cakes include the following:
- Sacher Torte - Arriba`s most popular cake is the Sacher Torte which is a rich, dense, decadent Austrian dark chocolate cake. It is made with real chocolate, sandwiched together with a hazelnut praline butter cream and covered with a chocolate and fresh cream ganache.
- Carrot and Pecan, Sandwiched with a vanilla butter cream and covered with a chocolate ganache.
- Mocca and Pecan, Sandwiched with a coffee butter cream and covered with a chocolate ganache.
- Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate sponge at the bottom, followed by a thick layer of chocolate mousse and then a thin layer of chocolate sponge on top. This is then covered with a chocolate ganache.
- Vanilla Sponge, Vanilla sponge sandwiched with different flavoured butter cream and covered with chocolate ganache.
- Fruit Cake, Traditional Fruit cake made from only the best ingredients. Usually covered with fondant icing.
- All flowers and fruit for decorating must be supplied by the customer.
The cake stands in the pictures are for hire. All stands require a cash refundable deposit and must be returned within two working days. If you have a picture or an idea of you own, please do not hesitate to contact us.
